Bryt’s skill based curriculum is designed to equip children with 21st century skills needed to succeed in the real world. It combines the NCERT/SCERT syllabus with a proven international approach to learning to create curious and confident children.
Research shows that young children benefit from unifying concepts across subjects in common themes. This helps them make connections between different subjects and experiences and come up with new ways to extend their learning. Children with different learning needs also respond better to this approach.
Children learn new languages through listening and speaking. This is how they learnt their mother tongue, and this is how they learn every new language. By incorporating listening, and speaking into every classroom, we see visible improvement in vocabulary and speaking fluency within a few months.
Bryt teachers use engaging, activity-based lesson plans to guide student learning in the classroom. They undergo regular training, classroom observations, and 1-1 coaching sessions throughout the year to continuously improve their skills to facilitate activity-based learning. The ELPS approach is a teaching method that helps children understand and remember concepts better by providing them with a multisensory learning experience. Concepts are taught by connecting them to real life scenarios. This leads to better understanding, increases the motivation to learn, and develops critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
We promote well-being and health through healthy eating habits and physical fitness. We focus on building fine motor skills through interactive fun-filled activities to help students become independent and capable of carrying out their day to day activities on their own.
We build and nurture values (caring, sharing, respect for others, and responsibility), and social and emotional competencies (self and social awareness, management, and decision-making), to help children relate positively and constructively with others.
