Our pre-primary program is thoughtfully designed to cultivate a joyful, imaginative, and intellectually stimulating learning environment for young minds. It is aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, and the redesigned National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 recommendations and guidelines. What sets the Bryt program apart is its Outcome-Based approach to education, harmoniously blending the finest elements of both traditional and contemporary teaching methodologies.
Bryt’s skill based curriculum is designed to equip children with 21st century skills needed to succeed in the real world. It combines the NCERT/SCERT syllabus with a proven international approach to learning to create curious and confident children.
Research shows that young children benefit from unifying concepts across subjects in common themes. This helps them make connections between different subjects and experiences and come up with new ways to extend their learning. Children with different learning needs also respond better to this approach.
Children learn new languages through listening and speaking. This is how they learnt their mother tongue, and this is how they learn every new language. By incorporating listening, and speaking into every classroom, we see visible improvement in vocabulary and speaking fluency within a few months.
Bryt teachers use engaging, activity-based lesson plans to guide student learning in the classroom. They undergo regular training, classroom observations, and 1-1 coaching sessions throughout the year to continuously improve their skills to facilitate activity-based learning. Bryt teachers say that they feel guided and supported, and that their classrooms are more fun for both them and their students alike.
Our parent orientation and weekly communications keep parents informed of their child’s activities and progress. This reassures them that the aspirations they have for their child are being fulfilled, helps them appreciate the opportunities their child is getting, increases their engagement with their child’s education, and builds satisfaction and loyalty with the school.
Our customer success team partners closely with the school management to monitor and track every school’s transformational journey, providing guidance and support at every step to help achieve the school’s vision for success. Bryt’s success is completely dependent on our partner schools’ success.
The ELPS approach is a teaching method that helps children understand and remember concepts better by providing them with a multisensory learning experience. Concepts are taught by connecting them to real life scenarios. This leads to better understanding, increases the motivation to learn, and develops critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills.
We promote well-being and health through healthy eating habits and physical fitness. We focus on building fine motor skills through interactive fun-filled activities to help students become independent and capable of carrying out their day to day activities on their own.
We build and nurture values (caring, sharing, respect for others, and responsibility), and social and emotional competencies (self and social awareness, management, and decision-making), to help children relate positively and constructively with others.
Encouraging creativity and self-expression is at the heart of our program, allowing children to explore their artistic talents freely.
We ignite, in the minds of our students, a deep curiosity and fascination for their surroundings. We create opportunities for them to explore and question their environment, and help them arrive at a personal understanding of their world.
Through engaging activities, early reading through phonics, we help children develop strong spoken and written language skills, setting a solid foundation for effective communication.
Our curriculum promotes numerical literacy and critical thinking, equipping children with essential problem-solving abilities.
