Research clearly suggests that 21st century skills like critical thinking, communication, and creativity are essential for our children to succeed in tomorrow’s world. Our academic philosophy is fully aligned with this recommendation, and has 3 core principles.
Our primary and pre-primary children will join the workforce 10-15 years from now. We need to equip them with critical 21st Century skills, so they can rise up to the challenges and opportunities they will face in the world of tomorrow.
Skills cannot be developed by listening to a teacher’s lecture, or by watching videos on a Smart TV. Children need to engage, participate, and practice to gain skills. This is the only way they will learn to speak English, or solve problems, or develop leadership skills.
Learning is an active process and young children need teachers to guide them to think independently, solve problems, and develop confidence. Teachers need training, coaching, and support to become effective learning facilitators.
Our programs offer a skill-based curriculum based on NEP 2020 guidelines and the National Curriculum Framework recommendations. We focus on whole-brain development to create independent learners with a love for learning. Our approach engages students as active participants in their journey towards developing 21st century skills.
“Bryt develops 21st century skills in students. My students are doing well and enjoying their classes. Parents are happy seeing their children’s progress.”
